Tony was Roy's uncle. It is unknown if he was Roy's paternal or maternal uncle, however, Roy asks his mother about him, so this may indicate that it was his maternal uncle.
Tony died at the age of 32 in a car accident, some time before 2007. He was mentioned when Roy was researching the age at which his relatives died at, as he feared he was going to die because of a prediction made by a website.
